IN OFFICE CONTEST:

Submit a short video to dr.evideocontest@gmail.com  that illistrates how you feel about our office!

You can sing, you can dance, you can make it silly and fun!

 The contest will begin on November 1st and go through January 31st.

The videos will be posted on our facebook wall so all can see your amazing videos!

Grand prize is a $250 Visa Card, 2nd place a $150, and 3rd is $100!
